PURCHASING A NEW HOME : To ensure valid registration and your rebate, client must:
· Inform the Builder that you are working with Angie Goerski @ CityDreamHome Realty, on the first visit to the Builder’s subdivision or place of business.
· Failure to inform builder of your Realtors Representation could result in the loss of rebate benefits.
· Should the Builder require a Real Estate Agent to accompany you, you must leave without registering and make an appointment for me to accompany you back to the builders office.
PURCHASING A PRE-OWNED HOME : If you locate a pre-owned home that you are interested in:
· Contact Angie @ 214-625-9510 for a showing of the home.
· DO NOT CONTACT THE LISTING AGENT OR THE LISTING OFFICE OR ANY PHONE ON THE YARD SIGN.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OF THE ABOVE, Rebates will only be paid if and when compensation is recieved from a transaction to Angie Goerski. Rebate amounts may vary based on the compensation received. Most rebates may be applied, with Seller and Lender approval, towards closing costs, pre-paid escrow items, new home upgrades/options, etc. All rebates and contributions are fully disclosed to all parties involved and comply with RESPA regulations.
